This campaign project was focused on public awareness, specifically on climate change and the continuous heat expansion. The cities are melting to represent how hot it will become if people stand by and do nothing; our cities will no longer be habitable because of climate change. It speaks to those of an older generation who either don't believe in climate change or remain purposely oblivious. The question "How long until it matters?" asks the audience just how long will people continue to act oblivious to the rising heat levels and their dangers. The interactive portion is informative but also playful in order to draw people in at first glance. The informative section comes when a person has manually melted the city enough where the temperature gauge rises to abnormal heat levels.
